SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Any orders placed on Sundays or Holidays will begin processing the following business day.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS). Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
Standard Shipping: Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
AT THIS TIME, RETURN SHIPPING IS TO BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER. STARLIGHT AVENUE DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

We hope you love what you've ordered! However, we want you happy. If you are not totally satisfied you may return unused merchandise for a refund. Once purchased items have been delivered, you will have 15 days to make the return.
Please email shopstarlightavenue@gmail.com for further instructions on returning items. Refunds will process within 5 days after we receive your package. Please understand that it may take some time for the refund to post with your bank.
For exchanges, please email shopstarlightavenue@gmail.com and include your first and last name, order number, and your request. Once purchased items have been delivered, you will have 15 days to make the exchange. We must receive your initial order before we can send your new order. You will receive an email response within 48 hours with further instructions.
