THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Turn Around Time
    This is the length of time it takes to process and ship your order from the time it is placed. Our current TAT is 4-6 days.
  • Gift Cards
    You can purchase a gift card directly from our site. You can find the Gift Card page in our website menu.
  • Shipping Policy
    Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Any orders placed on Sundays or Holidays will begin processing the following business day. ​ All orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS). Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed. Standard Shipping: Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping. ​ ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Returns & Exchanges
    AT THIS TIME, RETURN SHIPPING IS TO BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER. STARLIGHT AVENUE DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING. ​ We hope you love what you've ordered! However, we want you happy. If you are not totally satisfied you may return unused merchandise for a refund. Once purchased items have been delivered, you will have 15 days to make the return. Please email shopstarlightavenue@gmail.com for further instructions on returning items. Refunds will process within 5 days after we receive your package. Please understand that it may take some time for the refund to post with your bank. For exchanges, please email shopstarlightavenue@gmail.com and include your first and last name, order number, and your request. Once purchased items have been delivered, you will have 15 days to make the exchange. We must receive your initial order before we can send your new order. You will receive an email response within 48 hours with further instructions.
  • Missing or Damged Items
    If you receive your order and it is incomplete or damaged, please reach out and let us know by sending us an email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    Once your order is shipped, ownership is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once delivered. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping info or any delivery errors made by the carrier. If you have any shipping issues, contact your local USPS office for further help.
  • International Shipping
    At this time we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
